West Michigan Tourism Association
There’s an interactive map that lets you choose the section of West Michigan and fruit or vegetable. Pros: It’s nice to be able to see at a glance where farms are, especially when you’re not sure where all the little towns are. Cons: You can’t choose u pick or farmer’s market or grocery store, so it takes a lot of skimming to find a you pick. It’s almost easier to download their Carefree Travel Guide, which has listings of farms and a you pick checkbox.

Search by county, product, or region. Returns a very basic table of farms with links to their websites. Seems to have been updated last year.
